Ken Goldberg

An officer and partner in the firm, Ken Goldberg earned an undergraduate degree in 1987 from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and a law degree in 1992 from Capital University Law School.

Mr. Goldberg was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1992, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio in 1994 and the Sixth District Court of Appeals in 1999.

A member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations, Mr. Goldberg is active in the Columbus Bar Association's Family Relations Law, Business Tax and Common Pleas Committees. He is an experienced and resourceful attorney whose practice areas include state court receiverships, family relations law, estate planning, business, and personal insolvency advice, business formation and planning and general civil litigation.

Since 2005, Mr. Goldberg has been an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Family Relations Law Specialist and continues to have significant involvement in divorce, custody, and child support litigation. In addition, since 1998 Mr. Goldberg has handled more than 65 state court receivership cases in counties throughout Ohio.

Mr. Goldberg takes a personal interest in his client’s cases and provides aggressive representation. He recognizes that every case is different, and he is willing to be as assertive as necessary to meet the needs of his client. He listens to his clients, identifies their objectives and develops a strategy to meet their goals. He will strive to protect his client’s rights but never loses sight of the emotional and financial impact of the client’s involvement with the legal system.

He is an Ohio State Bar Foundation Fellow, an active member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Temple Beth Shalom and Jewish Family Services Clinic volunteer.
