Aaron C. Firstenberger

Aaron Firstenberger, a partner, joined the firm as an associate following his admission to the Ohio Bar in November 2000. He received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University in 2000, graduating cum laude. Mr. Firstenberger is a 1992 graduate of Otterbein College in Westerville.

Over 20 years of practice, he has acted as counsel to court-appointed Receivers in hundreds of cases across the State of Ohio, as well as representing the interests of debtor companies and creditors in numerous other receiverships. He has presented on the topic at several Continuing Legal Education seminars and to other organizations.

In addition to receivership practice, his general civil practice includes real estate, transactional business work including buy-sell agreements and wind-downs or dissolutions, liquor law, and appellate practice.

Mr. Firstenberger is a member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice in the Southern District of Ohio, United States District Court and the Northern District of Ohio, United States District Court. He is a member of Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church, previously serving as a trustee, and has been active in alumni relations at Otterbein.
