Chad A. Foisset

Chad A. Foisset joined the firm in 2020 with 20 years of professional experience, including 16 years engaged in the practice of law at Price Law Firm, LLC, and four years of service as a tax consultant in Big Four public accounting. 

With his prior service in a general law practice, Mr. Foisset has extensive experience in assisting individuals and businesses over a variety of legal areas, including Family Law, Estate Planning, Business Formation and Planning, Probate, Consumer Bankruptcy, and general civil litigation.

Originally from Granville, Ohio, Chad earned his Bachelor's degree from Miami University (B.A., 1996), and law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (J.D., 1999).  He is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and in the United States Tax Court. 

Mr. Foisset is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association, where he is involved in the Family Law, Probate Law, and Bankruptcy Law committees. He is a past member of the Judicial Liaison Committee to the United States Bankruptcy Court in Columbus.
